Philosophy: We strive to find ways to for the boys to learn the techniques, skills, and most important have fun practicing and playing the game. Our philosophy replicates the movie “The Sandlot” our current group of kids often plays baseball after practice when the coaches are done. The coaches empower the boys and help them grow by letting them play without fear of making mistakes. What we are not – Screaming coaches in the dugout yelling at an 9 year old boy for missing a ground ball.
